C. Maury Devine
Senior Executive Consultant
A Senior Executive with skills as manager, leader, and strategist. She is an active member of several Corporate Boards and Executive Committees, advising on short and long-term business and strategic issues. She serves on the Council on Foreign Relations, was President of ExxonMobil, Norway and previously devoted more than fifteen years I government as Assistant Director of the White House Domestic Policy, Staff Adviser in the US Embassy in Paris, and Planning and Operations positions in the US Department of Justice. These experiences will prove invaluable in helping the team develop “best-in-class” leaders and successors and in planning the strategies of the future.

Ken Perkowski
Development and Training Coordinator
A seasoned human resources executive with 26 years of Fortune 500 experience. His professional history includes implementing global performance programs and succession planning. In his most recent role as Director and Secretary of Executive Development at Mobil Corporation, Mr. Perkowski developed and implemented global assessment and coaching for top 150 executives at Mobil including the CEO and Division Presidents. He reported to the Board of Director on the capabilities of the executive population. His high level corporate experience will benefit the team by providing a unique perspective on large-scale organizational transformation.
Alexander W. Blocker
Research and Information Technology
Alexander
Blocker is responsible for managing all Research and
Information Technology for Matté & Company.
In this role he oversees and coordinates research and
analytic activities efforts to ensure awareness of both
environmental and project-specific factors. His functions
also include areas of project management and strategy
development. Accordingly, he plays a major role in creating
and refining many of our reports, proposals and presentations.
His work has proven invaluable in executing many of
Matté's recent projects for Commercial and Government
clients. Alex is currently accelerating his academic
studies at Boston University.
